Are you tired of feeling emotionally stuck, weighed down by shame or past trauma?

What would it feel like to live with more ease, trust your instincts, and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity?

Meet Jordan.

Jordan works with cycle-breakers and sensitive souls, especially adults from BIPOC communities and children of immigrants, to heal from relational trauma, anxiety, and low self-esteem.

He believes people aren’t “broken” and don’t need “fixing” – but rather, that therapy is about clearing what’s in the way so you can reconnect with the innate wisdom you already hold. His compassionate, culturally attuned approach focuses on helping you embrace your true self, resisting the systemic and familial conditioning that teaches us to suppress who we are.

Using experiential and body-oriented practices (Emotion-Focused Therapy, parts work, and Brainspotting), Jordan helps you release limiting beliefs, regulate your nervous system, and build more fulfilling connections with yourself and others.

Placing a high value on synergy and feedback, you can count on a therapy experience tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Jordan the Person

What has been your favourite age growing up and why?

My 30s have been sweet – I'm wiser, more self-aware, and freer to be my weird, playful self with less worry about who might judge me!

What's 1 thing that can instantly make your day better?

One bite of a Donut Monster apple fritter can turn my whole day around.

If you could snap your fingers and make the world better, what would you do?

I’d awaken empathy in everyone, so we’d prioritize care and compassion over profits – no one would go another day without food or shelter.

Feeling curious? Let’s connect and figure this out together.
