Is life presenting you with challenges that you feel unprepared for? Does it feel like these challenges stand in the way and prevent you from taking action towards improving your wellbeing?
Meet Marium.

Because within you lie many strengths and the resiliency needed for your healing. Through an evidence-based approach, you can expect to build upon these strengths by learning skills that challenge your thinking, help regulate your emotions, and change your behaviours in ways that positively shape your wellbeing. By collaboratively working together through an evidence-based lens, you can foster a therapeutic partnership that is unique to you and your individual needs.
Marium’s personal approach to care comes from a compassionate and culturally-informed framework incorporating various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT).

Marium the Person
What has been your favourite age growing up and why?
Weirdly enough ages 10-13 were so much fun! An unpopular opinion for most but I loved middle school. Those years were filled with Wonderland band trips, French school plays, and an amazing group of friends. No responsibilities (except for homework of course).
Do you live by any words of wisdom, or a motto? If so, care to share it?
"You will never be able to escape from your heart. So it's better to listen to what it has to say.” - Paulo Coelho, The Alchemist
Travel to Iceland! I desperately want to experience the northern lights and visit the Blue Lagoon.
